Marketing Plan

We will prepare a marketing plan designed to attract the maximum number of buyers and to present the property in the most favourable manner against its competition.

You can choose to spend as little or a lot marketing and if necessary we can discuss ways to fund this for you.

Spending the right amount on promoting your property is a little like providing insurance. If you have alerted every possible buyer that your property is on the market then you can be reasonably sure you are getting the best price in the prevailing market.

The 5 Stages of the Buying Process

At Focus Property Sales, we understand the 5 stages of the buying process. These stages are:

If your agent is truly an expert in sales and marketing then they will know how dangerous it is to miss a step or to repeat a step that the buyer has already taken. Herein lies the heart of great negotiation and where your agent will earn their fee many times over.

It is said that a great Real Estate Agent sells money at a discount!  i.e., you get back more in the better selling price than you spend in advertising and fees. If you don’t have this confidence in your agent then you are talking to the wrong agent.

So remember, at Focus we guarantee your satisfaction and irrespective of what period the agreement is, you can get out of it in  2 days — not  2 weeks, not 2 months if you believe that we have let you down.
